We are looking for a passionate Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-driven applications and systems that solve real-world problems, working in close collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development & Maintenance:
• Develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and functionality.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and QA engineers, to implement AI/ML features.
• Participate in code reviews, sharing knowledge and learning from others to continuously improve your technical skills.
• AI/ML Integration:
• Contribute to the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms and integrate them into applications.
• Support data scientists in building models and assist in preparing data pipelines.
• System Design & Architecture:
• Collaborate in the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and technical strategy for AI/ML initiatives.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and software development practices.
• Actively contribute to improving development processes and increasing system efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

• Software Development: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js for developing robust and scalable software solutions.
• Web Development: Experience with HTML and React.js for building intuitive user interfaces and seamless web applications.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS/AZURE/GCP for deploying and managing cloud-based solutions.
• Application Programming: Experience with designing and building APIs and other software components that drive AI/ML features.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to tackle complex development challenges.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-4 years of professional experience in software development, ideally with exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: AI/ML or software development certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
